Leading with our unique and specialized Vendor Credit RecoveryTM service we have been able to contribute significant value to the bottom-line of our customers and help them to better understand how to resolve these issues.

Unlike traditional audit companies who concentrate on a company’s internal data errors, the JPD Vendor Credit Recovery service focuses on your suppliers’ data and hence is able to identify and recover money that may not even be present in your financial systems. This unique approach provides an ongoing service that maximizes the amount of money returned to our customers month after month and year after year. The Vendor Credit Recovery service is delivered by JPD on a contingency fee basis so there is never any cost to our customers; we get paid after our customers have received the benefit of the money.

Summary:

JPD Financial is currently seeking talented individuals to join our growing team of Call Center Representatives. The essential function of this position is to request statements of account on behalf of our clients to identify discrepancies which result in lost profit for our customers. This position involves direct communication with vendors and updating vendor information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to request statements and vendor contact information
  • Accurately enter all necessary data into our ERP platform
  • Actively maintain database of inquiries by entering information and setting appropriate follow up activities
  • Cross-reference duplicate vendor records
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standard guidelines and recommending continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent and 2+ years relevant work experience
  • Ability and desire to handle high numbers of phone calls outbound and some inbound using phone outlines to obtain desired outcomes
  • Excellent phone voice and etiquette
  • Must be able to clearly and confidently speak and write
  • Have a positive and encouraging attitude, be welcoming and engaging with prospective clients
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, multi-task and adapt to change
  • Ability to achieve goals; We work to make our employees successful and we measure that in our individual and team accomplishments
  • Prior 1-3 year call center experience
  • Experience in a metrics and goal driven environment

JPD Financial is currently seeking talented individuals to join our growing Audit Team. The essential function of an Audit Support Analyst is to facilitate the identification, submission, and recovery of potential credits through expert communication with our Client’s vendors. As a member of this elite team, the Audit Support Analyst will work to ensure long-term development and retention of critical customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Successful execution of internal strategic audit plan for each customer
  • Request and analyze vendor information including aging reports, statements of account, invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation to identify potential credits
  • Work within Salesforce.com platform to enter credit information for tracking and maintain vendor correspondence
  • Correspond with vendors to verify potential credits, obtain background information on credit type/cause, and collect all applicable backup documentation relating to the credits
  • Research client ERP system for information regarding potential credits
  • Finalize client claims with appropriate supporting backup in accordance with client requirements and submits the claims for processing
  • Track to ensure all claims generated successfully pass the quality assurance review process
  • Work directly with Audit Manager and Account Managers to collect additional claim information or client refund requests in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate findings into strategic pivots
  • Exceptional drive and creativity in the pursuit of unrealized opportunities
  • Initiative, a sense of urgency, and a “can do” attitude; enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic in a dynamic call center environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and proven leadership abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior experience with billing or financial systems, preferably Salesforce.com and SAP a plus
  • Associate’s degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
