CEO Since 2001, John has serviced as CEO of JPD Financial and is a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to his current position, John served JPD in many Senior Executive positions including Operations, Account Management and Business Development in the US and Europe. With over 25 years of leadership experience, John recently brought a team on board to enable JPD to be the technology leader in the Vendor Credit Recovery industry and reinvent an already-proven service established in 1984. John also works closely with clients around the globe to ensure client satisfaction, value creation and the overall global audit strategy. John began his career managing territories for leading companies in the office equipment and medical industries. John is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Bruce Burroughs


CIO for the last 3 years and throughout his career, Bruce has been helping companies dominate in their marketplaces by driving strategies that transform and protect the business. He’s a uniquely skilled CIO who has depth in the critical pillars of corporate technology: applications, infrastructure, security, the cloud and forging relationships between people. He has worked for companies as small as 75 employees and as large as 320,000 including HP, Arc Sight, CNET Networks, Symantec, Oppenheimer Funds, Price Waterhouse, and as an Entrepreneur. Bruce attained a B.S. from Iowa State University in Computer Science including an emphasis in Accounting and founded the Silicon Valley consulting firm Technology Angle, Inc.

Andrea Wilkinson

COO and Vice President of Operations

As COO and Vice President of Operations, Andrea is responsible for Global Shared Services, Project Management, and Operations in the Americas.  This includes managing JPD’s secure IT infrastructure, continuous improvement projects, and JPD’s Service Center in Santa Clara, CA where her team customizes solutions for delivering key business objectives to global clients.  Andrea began her career in accounting and finance and has over 25 years of experience in the recovery audit industry.  She played an instrumental role in designing and implementing a cloud-based solution to manage JPD’s global operations – from sales and marketing to client-vendor services and claims management.  Her commitment to security, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction has resulted in an ongoing evaluation and improvement of JPD systems and best practices that benefit both internal and external customers.

Andrew J. Goede

Vice President of Account Management

As the Vice President of Account Management, Andrew is responsible for managing the Account Management team which is our frontline to our clients. Andrews’ functions include acting as the liaison and to ensure that our clients are maximizing the value of the JPD program. Andrew manages the team who will oversee that all internal departments are collaborating to meet deadlines and all projects are running smoothly. Andrew brings almost 20 years of experience in the recovery audit industry focusing on strategic accounts and managing the highest level of client satisfaction. Andrew is a graduate of University of Wisconsin, Lacrosse with a degree in Marketing and International Business.

Nick Hunt

Vice President & Managing Director, EMEA

Managing Director, EMEA For the last 8 years, Nick has managed the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) division of JPD Financial as well as having responsibility for Asia and Australia. In his role, Nick works closely with the Audit teams to determine program strategy, develop brand recognition, generate new business opportunities and drive increased value for JPD’s EMEA clients. Prior to joining JPD Financial, Nick spent over 25 years at Sales Director level in a number of software companies. These included 11 years with Oracle where he ran the EMEA Process Industry and B2B commerce sectors. Nick is an accomplished leader who provides guidance for global organizations and shared service centers, helping them save costs through process change, automation and the introduction of services such as Vendor Credit Recovery. These services help provide a source of money that can be used to fund new projects or simply provide a safety net during difficult economic times. Nick is a fellow of the Institute of Operations Management, is APICS CPIM certified and holds postgraduate qualifications in Computing and Statistics from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Geology from the University of Gloucestershire.

Avril Payton

Executive Director of Operations, EMEA

Executive Director of Operations; EMEA Avril is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the JPD European office and oversees the audit teams working on the European based audits. She began her career at the Bank of England in London working in exchange controls and government securities and has worked at JPD since the office was first established in the UK in 1996. She has been responsible for the recruitment and development of staff and ensuring that the processes have evolved as JPD Europe has grown. Avril and the European audit teams work very closely with the JPD U.S. organization to provide seamless support for our multi-national customers. This consistency and high quality of service is the basis of the high customer retention and new customer acquisition arising from existing customer referrals.
