Vice President of Operations

Hal has 15 years expertise working in manufacturing operations serving medical, industrial, and infrastructure segments. He has owned the operational P&L along with engineering, materials, and program management teams for companies such as Watkins Johnson, The Silicon Valley Group and Flextronics International. Recently, he has utilized his operational experiences to transform JPD Financials operations allowing the company to reduce costs, while improving the quality of the product and creating a better experience for its customers. Hal holds a Bachelors and Masters degree from California Polytechnic State University in Industrial Technology.
